Board Certified Behavior Analyst
(BCBA)
Job Description
The Behavior Analyst conducts assessments, develops treatment plans, reviews data, monitors and evaluates progress, provides parent training and supervises the Behavior Technician/Lead Therapist. The Behavior Analyst is responsible for attending all meetings and appointments pertaining to their child on their caseload for continuity of care. The Behavior Analyst must maintain open communication with outside providers relating to caseload and report to the Executive Director as needed. Must be flexible to work in a variety of settings (clinic, school and home), adapt to different environments and provide treatment in person and virtually.
Qualifications

Nationally certified by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board as a BCBA or BCBA-D

Licensed as an Applied Behavior Analyst in Rhode Island (LBA)

A minimum of two years of experience in providing ABA services

Self-disciplined, reliable, and punctual

Professional with excellent leadership skills

Strong communication and collaboration skills

Complete RI State Background Check (must present clean BCI)

Valid driver's license and insured/registered vehicle
